Verified Renter Everything has been pretty good except for 2 things. Our AC was malfunctioning for over a year. We called mayenance numerous times and they couldn’t figure it out. This caused us to have to pay $400/month! We were hoping management would discount our rent or something but they didn’t even say sorry. Aside from that the roads are atrocious. Everything else has been a good experience
