Simply put, this dealerships service department is broken. If you do purchase a new vehicle from them you had better consider another dealership to service it. You should never have to wait two weeks for a vehicle still under a power train warranty to be diagnosed, let alone work actually being done to resolve the issue. No offer of a loaner or rental vehicle "because they can't determine if it's warranty work" yet you're forced to leave your vehicle there because it's in reduced power mode. Agrees to a price on a new EV, got to the dealership said they where having issues - let me drive off in it still 2 days later call to check up still having issues with irs credit. Needed to make the deal - they were unwilling to go ahead and make the deal due to errors on their side. Now will be switching back vehicles with my sick baby on one of the hottest days of the year.
