The service department is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They did NOT check my vehicle. There was an electrical fire in the vehicle, and it was sent home. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

We thought that the car we wanted was waiting to be picked up, according to a sales person. Unfortunately, just as we were getting ready to head to the dealership, we got a phone call informing us that the Manager had sold that car to another customer. Seriously??!!! Very unprofessional and disappointing. We had heard good things, but that certainly wasn’t our experience.
My husband and I dropped off our 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali for an engine light which turned out to be bad injectors which was under warranty. We were in no hurry for the truck to get done since we do have a spare vehicle. It was raining when we picked up the truck so we turned on the windshield wipers and noticed there were parts laying on top of them. If I could give a minus on stars I would. This is the worst experience ever. You claim it’s one thing for 3500 next it’s another thing price went up to 5000. Then that wasn’t the problem now the price went up to 11000. We are sure your truck is fixed. Pick up the truck goes 58 miles has the same problems. They take it back and again I’m told the problem is fixed this time it drove 80 miles same problem. My truck has been on the side of the road for a week. Y’all refuse to help. I have been put off , lied to and cannot get a return call. they can change oil, but don't let them try anything else...had my car for over a month and still not fixed. going to report to better business bureau next

I will never buy from them again...had my car a week & then charged me almost $900 to replace an alternator.

Nice in the sales room. Second you drive it off the lot they don’t care. Car has had nothing but problems. I called them several times to see what they could do and never heard a thing back. It’s all about sales there, not service of any kind. Horrible.
