Called Wilson County Motors last week and set up an appointment to get the radio in my truck worked on. It has been going crazy for 3 to 4 months now, changing channels on it own and flipping my dash speedometer around. I was also getting my oil changed. They set me up an appointment and told me that we've had this issue several times on similar vehicles and could get me in and out in an hour or so on my appointment date. I said great lets set it up. Again and again. Over 2 hours for an oil change...with an appointment. Get there at 8 am and wait in lobby. At 9:15, they call me and say they are now bringing it back. I asked why has it been an hour and is just now getting brought back. He said they were running behind. I had an appointment and it’s 8AM!!!! How far behind can you be???? So, after waiting another hour, my truck is ready. The WORST dealership I’ve ever been too. And it’s not even close! My wife & I took our Yukon in on a Tuesday, Monday came around (6 days later), still hadn’t heard from them. Then FINALLY ‘Kyle’ reaches out, but only AFTER we called the service dept to figure out why they didn’t update us in 6 friggin’ days! THEN ‘Kyle’ lies to me about when they look at the car. Would not recommend them to anyone. I called to buy a new truck but they would not honor my GM supplier discount. Then they had the audacity to ask me why I would not purchase one through them. They might as well have spit in my face or told me that I am good enough to make parts for the vehicles we sell but not worth the benefits . What a disgrace.

Extremely disappointed with Wilson County Motors We brought my Chevrolet Silverado here because we were having an electrical problem. They wanted to diagnose our transmission for $300 when we had already taken the truck to a transmission shop and told them it was not the transmission. We called our transmission guy and he told us to go get the truck because he knew 100% nothing was wrong with the transmission and he didn’t want us to waste that $300. Beware of how they use your vehicle when you take it in for work. Tracked my new 65k truck through the Chevy app. Watched them drive all over Nashville for 4 hours running errands and delivery parts. Returned my truck to me with unnecessary additional miles and a quarter tank of diesel. Service manager took no responsibility for the use of my vehicle. Very poor customer service. Refused to return my calls. Filed an official complaint with GM. Sad that this is the way they treat a new customer purchasing a high end vehicle

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. The team at Wilson Motors were very unknowledgeable about their inventory and dishonest. My experience negatively began with an unknowledgeable customer service “expert” who did not know what modifications and specifications the vehicle I was interested in had done to it. When I spoke to a salesperson, they were able to give me some information but only because of a previous personal relationship with the person who sold the vehicle to the dealership. Mitchel Bone, I’m very disappointed and angry with my experience. The ad you have on your website listed a vehicle as new with only 10 miles, but when I got halfway through the financing paperwork it was realized during the odometer verification that it had over 3400 miles on it. Lucas (your salesman ) admitted to the fact that he only found that out today when he picked it up from the detailers, but neglected to let me know, while I was driving for four hours to get there.
