Service department manager is a joke and a liar. Will never buy another from them again.

went there for an oil change and a tire rotation. Sat there for 2 hours. And they never rotated my tires. called the service manager four times and never got a call back!

Do not honor warranty. Car parked. No trees. No kids. Nothing. Windshield cracks because of heat. Nothing hit the car. Just didn’t want to cover it. Can’t fix it because no one can get windshield for that model??? Had 10 but waiting list for windshields? These are 1 year old vehicles! For the average person, this would indicate A LOT of folks are having this problem! Spoke with 3 other glass companies to confirm shortage while at dealership. They don’t care. My battery died because my car wouldn't start for some reason. I had it towed in, they replaced the battery and told me to come get it. It was fixed. Told advisor and service manager thaot there is another issue, battery was not the major problem. insisted it was fixed. Picked it up, drove it 1 block, check engine light came back on, took it back, was told it was just some emissions code, it would be fine. Fire the service manager. He lied to me about a warranty part and tried to charge me. Took it to Serra where it was fixed.

I hate to post anything negative, but I just had 2 Michelin tires mounted, balanced, and front end alignment done here last Friday, and today I’m at Stan McNabb Chevrolet getting my tires balanced again. I live in Winchester and it’s a 3 hour round trip there and back. About half way home started getting a little shake, but thought it was I-840 and I-24. Long story; short of it all told me I had no warranty to fix issues. Found out this morning I DO HAVE A WARRANTY Charged me $225, for what I don’t know because nothing’s fixed!!

Purchased a vehicle from them in December and on the way home the heat went out and had to take it back. Now it’s been parked for 2 months in and out of shops trying to figure out what’s wrong with it because it won’t start. Less than 2 months and no running car after spending thousands on a vehicle. Not covered under the warranty that they have so now thousands more to find out what’s wrong with it and still no answers. UPDATE: Needs a whole new engine. 2 months in! How about that!
