When the Win Choice rep was in my home giving his sales pitch for me to commit to purchase their windows without seeking additional bids I was told with absolute conviction that I would receive a 3K tax credit for having energy efficient windows installed. I did not believe the salesman so I clarified several times whether that was correct. I would never use this company. I felt pressured into buying the windows. When I changed my mind I've had nothing but harassing calls. If I could give them - stars I would.

We thought we were getting great windows installed boy were we wrong. We've had windows from another company in our old house, and never had problems except one window was difficult to shut. These windows are awful. They have condensation on every window all winter long. Very wet! Reaching people at the office is impossible. We had one guy come out to try to fix it. Didn't work. Had another guy come out, and he was going to order 2 new windows to replace the two that were the worst, and here we are 4 months later and they do... read more

They talk up the company, then there is no response when you have questions. I have asked at least 3 times now for an itemized bill and a breakdown of all materials and installation charges but have yet to see it. If I do not see a list, I will try to cancel this and they can take the windows somewhere else. At this point I feel as though this was a scam. I want an itemized list. Not sure what will happen if they ruin my house and I have no recourse.

The sales representative, Lee E. L arrived almost 30 minutes late for his appointment. He stayed for a 3hr long demonstration, as he and his boss from Arkansas, Trace P., kept calling each other and changing the pricing for the windows that he said was needed. I kept asking for an estimate on paper and Lee said, you don't trust me? Then Lee called his boss, Trace, and said loudly, you remember that favor you owe me? We had a window company, Win Choice USA, Headquarters, 241 Main Ave, Mountain Pine AR 71956 come out to replace our (16) Year old windows in our home, some of them were leaking. They had (1) contractor to come to replace all (17) windows in our two-story home. It appeared to be a bit much for him, but he said he like to work alone. This company is terrible and not transparent. First, our salaryman showed up an hour and a half late. We asked for a breakdown of the costs, including material and labor to show how they came to such a high price and were TOLD we would get that estimate by morning of the next day. Never came. Surprise. I called and spoke to Raymond over the phone who told me, “Yeah. They’ll never do that. We price it by the unit.” What?! I would like to advise any one that is purchasing their wi does, don’t purchase from out of state, service is terrible I am still waiting for them to complete my windows that I purchase back in 01/27/2022. I have called multiple time and each time it’s always a different excuse Will not recommend them.

Great windows but be ready for the rest of your life to be called for referrals. Even after you ask to be removed from their call list another person WILL call. Then when you say that you've asked to be removed they will very condescendingly tell you they will " Do you a favor" and remove you from their list. I wanted windows not a life time of spam calls.
