This company takes advantage of widows, women and the elderly. If you see them shut your door. The snake salesman that sold me those over priced 6k bay window and lied on the contact, and then sold me the same exact window I already had in my kitchen. Again, I asked for a garden window and he wrote up my same window and refuse to admit he made the mistake. Requested a quote and phone rep says it will take 60 minutes. Sales rep comes to house and stays over 2 hours! Came over at 6:00 and kids are hungry a tired but this guy won't leave. Quote for windows and doors we wanted was $7k more than what we ended up paying. Sales rep actually said "this is how I feed my kids" while not leaving and making it physically hard for me to feed my kids. They emailed me later and I told them how much I didn't appreciate all this in a response. Castle Windows had a pushy rep stay two hours too ... read more

Window Nation installed 11 single-hung vinyl windows in my townhouse in Alexandria, VA in 2012. The windows are pretty good and had lifetime warranty for both parts and labor. However, when I called to request warranty repair for 1 of the windows with a small part broken in 2019, it was almost impossible to schedule for a service. I had to call almost every other day for about 2 month, and after a long complain with multiple departments I finally was able to schedule a service on Saturday. Guess what. Save yourself a lot of headaches... do NOT USE WINDOW NATION. Kuddos to the sales guy who came to our house because I am convinced he could sell umbrellas in the sahara dessert.... His demo was impressive and he raved about all of the Pittsburgh Steelers' homes he had done. From there, it went completely down hill. The list of issues goes ON and ON... too many to list... wrong windows ordered over and over, broken glass, windows that leak, sloppy caulking, promises that were never kept. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We had a salesperson in our home for an estimate. After a rather long presentation, we were given several pricing options ranging from $40K (retail) that no one pays to a year long price which was about half to a 30 day price which was slightly better to the sign today price which was about $18K. We decided to sign the contract knowing we had 3 days to cancel under Virginia law. We gave a deposit check for almost $6K and were told it would not be cashed until after the cancellat... read more

Company will not stop harassing me. They've been to my property again and again. I asked them to stop, I told them I was on the do not knock registry, I emailed the company and I filed a BBB complaint. And yet they still come to my property.

Yeah, I've asked them 20 times not to come to my house and to stop calling. I just had one of their reps knock on my door for 15 mins. When I made it the door I said, I said I'm not interested. He kept on, we are just here to....like they always do. I mean they stop by 3 times a week at this point. I asked him, please stop, and he talked over me, so I closed the door on him, and I heard him scream "fuck you asshole," on the other side of the door. Nice. Thanks Window Nation, my 6 year old was with me.

Initially thought we were getting a fairly competitive deal, and great service. Unfortunately, at our initial installation date, two of our eight windows did not show up, and none of the screens were delivered. They came back approximately two weeks later and installed the missing windows, however it has now been about six weeks and we still do not have any screens.
