Get directionsWell I read quite a few reviews for WN all the way back to 2013. I'm here to tell you the high pressure sales shenanigans is still going on. Last evening (08/07/2018) the pushy WN sales person decided to walk around to my back yard where I was cutting grass on my lawn tractor and motioned for me to shut my tractor off....thinking "hmmm here we go"...so I did. He immediately went into the sales pitch, by one, get one free. Attempted to tell him my wife and I just had a major home improvement purchase in the past few weeks and... read more
The whole process has been nothing but trouble...I have never been so frustrated in my entire life... The two day job was done in one day...22 windows by a father, son and friend.... They bragged about setting a new record. Upon inspection the next day as it was dark and late when they left, the had left the windows filthy dirty, gauged newly painted window sills and left dirt that was unimaginable a s they did not tent the removal of lead based windows as proposed according to regulations. Then to top it off they came with ... read more
Terrible experience, Window nation is the distributor, they use the company slimline windows. Another company paints the trim So you deal with the salesman, then the install operations and a painter which you pay directly. I spoke with all 3 people called and followed up Prepaid a month before the install and the moldings were not in the warehouse and were not pre painted. Horrible Company. be very careful
An update. So Window Nation reached out to me after a bad experience on initial meeting, where the price game of buy now began. JR at the company said they wanted to make it right and sorry for the bad experience and we will will work with you on price, and he will have a manager call me. Nice right ! A week went by and we have not heard from the company, so not allot of credibility in doing the right thing.
I called to see if they could come out to the house and give an estimate for the replacement of six windows. I was told that because they could not see the house from a satellite, they could not provide a quote for the project and would not be coming out to the property.
Terrible company. I worked for them and upon quieting They are holding and refusing to pay me commissions due in accordance to the contract. They keep making up excuses as to why they are holding it. Bottom line, these jobs were completed while I was employed and according to the contract and an email with a spreadsheet sent to me I was to be paid this commission by now, but they have given me 2 different excuses as to why they have not paid it. Simple said they are refusing to pay. The reason I quiet was because they were ... read more
I called, gave my info, was promised a a call by 5, called the next day was told I had been called and emailed. Caller id log and check off junk file said no. Verified info. Promised a call. Called 3rd day not happy, another run around of lies. Went with Thompson Creek. They may be cheaper but service stank, no confidence.
Customer service calls were amazing, Mr. Alan who was came out and did a wonderful presentation, but then the installers came to my home looking like they did not work with a company at all like it was a regular saturday hanging in the yard work type of day, regular clothes but the attitude from one made me so uncomfortable that I had to keep an eye on him, the window installation time was 8-11 well of course they showed at 10:30am which means that they did not leave my home until close to 10:00pm and they rushed you can tel... read more
I don't know about the quality of their work, but they turned out to be $4,000 more expensive than the other company that I called for installing two sliding glass doors.
