We had Window Nation install 12 windows in our home on 3/23/19. The crew did a decent job although we had to literally point out areas during the clean up as only one individual could speak english. We are still finding miscellaneous debris that was missed. Prior to leaving our home two of the crew members were cleaning a downstairs window with a jug of liquid and rags. Shortly after leaving we noticed a large area on the window where it appeared that the tint had been removed. We contacted our sales representative and were ... read more

This review is based off my experience with two companies on back to back nights. Window Nation came to my home at around 6pm as promised. The representative was kind and courteous. He came in greeted me and my family, and had a good sense of humor. I like common courtesy and humor and wanted to do business with them. I was sure I would be canceling the two other estimates scheduled for the week. The rep went around the house and counted up the windows. I also asked for my French doors to be replaced by a sliding door. Afte... read more

Window Nation's presentation of the products and methods are not adhered to. The windows selected are marketed as a WN brand are actually from Alside. The mold inhibitor was not used. The windows were not foamed, leaving gaps up to 2 inches wide and open to the interior walls. The Alside rep was responsive when contacted and had their team return to cut back, properly seal and cap all windows. Andre and Alex did a proper job on the return visit. I like the appearance and quality of the Alside windows. Requested interior cut ... read more

BLUF: if you schedule an appointment with window nation on their website, just be warned - you didn't really schedule an appointment / don't make plans or rearrange your schedule UNTIL you talk to someone!! Went on their website to schedule a meeting with the sales rep. (Husband has to reschedule his work due to him being on nights for the appt to work.) Called the day of because we hadn't heard from the company only to find out that the appt we made online was for them to call us back to make an appointment. When I told he... read more

We had a window nation sales rep come to the house and give us the spiel. He finished with the pricing. 20 windows for 22,000. Unless we signed that day then it would be 18,000. I really despise the sign today scam. He told us it was to save the company from having to send him back out to sign paperwork. I call BS. We started to smell a rat so we let him walk and called other companies for a quote. The next day someone from window nation emailed us a quote for the same 20 windows for 12,000!!! 6k less than the salesman quote... read more

WN should not be surprised by my review. We were fine with our estimate and had the final contract signed 7/31. We were going to finance with their deal and get 11 windows. Start estimate was 6 weeks away. It was actually 14 weeks. The day before we were called to let us know that they thought a window was missing, but this should be most of it. Nope. They were missing 7. They asked us to pay the balance. No. Then several weeks later they called again. Still "just one window missing". It was missing 3. They asked us... read more

The sales pitch was absolutely dreadful. They waste your time and MAKE you watch videos and actually feel caulking and they go on and on and on. They also talk bad about competitors. I had to ask the sales person to leave my house. My toddler was all over the place and he kept going and going. I asked him to get to the bottom line, and he told me he MUST go through every aspect of the presentation. He said the installation was warrantied, but insisted on going through every step and how they do it. I'm a single mom of a very... read more

Not a trustworthy company. I purchased about 20 windows from Window Nation (WN). The sales experience was fine. The installation team was polite (reason why I am not giving just 1 star). But in regards to the windows per se, turns out that WN passes the order to a supplier, who does not fabricate windows in accordance to what the WN's brochure says you are going to get. Not a single one of the windows I received meets the characteristics WN offered in their brochure. They do not meet the same energy efficiency grade ... read more

Windows Nation Dont bite into their marketing gimmicks. Buy 2 get 2 is nothing but a lie. I gave up over an hour of my time for nothing. When he finally gave me a price it was ridiculus and when i asked him to brake it down so i can see that where am i geting the 2 free ones, he told me he cant do that they have to calculate everything together. So in that case if i have 2 free ones in this price your windows each costs 1350 dollars i told him. His answer was , yes something like that. This was a price for their lowest grade... read more
