I am happy with the windows, and the installation was pretty good. However, we have a few problems that no one is answering me about. We have someone coming to remeasure the screen. The salesperson left out three windows in my estimate, so when the price came it was without those. I'm trying to talk to a sales manager, Dave, about adding the three windows. Although the workmanship was satisfactory, the carelessness of the workers was not. I had to go around the outside of the house and pick up screws, pieces of sheet metal and caulking tips and canasters. Additionally, when it came to vacuuming the rooms afterwards, there were spots with dried caulking stuck to the carpet in three rooms.

Middle of the road windows for a premium price. Outdated sales tactic and the company's idea of giving back to the customer is to sign them up for a scam. At the end of the day I easily paid $2000 too much for the product I wanted. I don't have any "buyers remorse" I wanted windows, I'm happy I have them, but I really, really wish I went with someone, anyone, else.
