All of our windows were installed one week ago. The workers did work hard right up until late evening. Most could not understand English. But we did remind one of them during the day that the screen in the bathroom was missing. Also one of two small safety pop-outs was missing - there is just an empty hole on that one. - (These prevent the lower window from opening very far). Workers did not seem to understand when my husband went out to look at work. The foam filler was not even all around and there were major gaps. English not very good it seemed. The windows in front leaked a yellow substance and part of our siding around the window was broken.

The representative I had was not accurate in his sale. I was expecting a lower price and I did not get the price they discussed with me at the point of sale. That is an issue with me.
