I ordered my windows in June from the experience of the sales lady Carolee messing up on the order, all the way up to installation (12/6) why did it take 6 months to get the windows and install?? Lost glass are after salesman said i would not. Installers did not come for 1st date.. 2nd date only 1 person showed up. Tarp only used 3 feet by window but saw flakes flew 8 feet away. Windows were not cleaned after handling and caucking. House was in disarray for install for a week.
