The handle does not sit flush, and it is hard to get the window open. I feel I need some compensation for that. I cannot use my window.

They had to reschedule installation 3 times. Employee issues. Also, the link that the sales Rep gave me to review him got flagged at malware by my security software. Not sure why, but I couldn't review him.

Their sales tactics are very pushy. We specifically asked them if the windows were energy certified in our state (massachusetts) they told us yes they were and would be able to apply to the mass save program to get the window rebates. The only reason we were going to attempt to do this project anyway was to be able to get the rebates since our energy bill is so high. I would recommend if my windows get completed. There are a few unresolved issues that need to be rectified before the recommendation.
