Customer service is pitiful. Waiting on hold for an hour and no one answered, just to hang up. Defective window and two in garage not finished off inside and caulked. Told it would take two weeks to get someone to come out and look at them. Never got call back from manager like I asked.

I’m still confused as to why when I wanted time to think about the information I received at my initial appt, Lisa called and offered significant discounts to purchase. I think this is where things went downhill with quality of installation and product I needed replaced. If I would have known what I was about to get, I would have either paid the higher product costs which may have given me the patio door I wanted and better quality installation or tried another company.

There were some damaged parts and missing parts from installation. I still have not received confirmation of when those replacement parts will come in. I am not ready to recommend Window Nation until the job is complete.
