The casing around the back door is not correct, and the screen ripped when installed. They were supposed to contact me the day after the job. I have still yet to be contacted by them, in regard to finishing the job they started. They withdrew the $15,000 for the job the very next day, but I've still yet to hear who is going to come out and finish the job. I've just been waiting on them. Sales process was easy and straightforward. After that the communication was nonexistent and the install process was horrible. The office called every day at the same time, while I was at work, and when I would try to call back when I was free, I could never get through to someone. The installer showed up 1.5 hours after the scheduled time window on day 1. When I scheduled the install they said if anything came up they would call me to let me know what was going on.
