I told the sales rep that I wanted tinted windows as the sun sets on my atrium side. He said I wouldn’t need them because of the tinting already provided in the window. Guess what? With the heat lately, I’m coming home to a house that’s 80 degrees when the thermostat is set at 71. And I have a BRAND NEW HVAC. I should have insisted as your sales rep was WRONG!!!!!

Pushy and problematic from the start. It got to the point of just get it over with and now I'm stuck with almost 30 sub par window that have visual defects and will not open all the way and stick.

We like the windows we purchased however the customer service and quality control seemed very lacking. After a full day of prepping for the window installation we found out the order was wrong when the installers arrived at our house. We then had to take another day to put things back and then prep again for installation 6 weeks later. When asked for compensation for our time we kept getting redirected from the installer to sales with know one actually taking responsibility and still have not received a call, text, or email ... read more

There were problems with the initial installation. It has been well over a month. I still do not have the screens for the windows, and the windows need to be remade. Hopefully they will take care of these things soon.
