Right now, let's see how reordering the new windows go. Also the siding problem has not been fixed yet. I had to purchase new trim for inside because windows were much smaller than original ones. Will need new trim with the new windows. Check back with me after they correct theses problems.

The transaction had its ups and downs. The only reason I didn't put 1or 2 stars is because of the sales rep and the top notch installation team. The initial measure tech was a no show at his scheduled time. A backup was sent out but obviously late. We had 11 windows replaced and 3 were missing the options that we had wanted but the other 8 were correct. So obviously a quality control issue at the manufacturer. I'm very disappointed at the lack of customer service. Although I have only experienced minor issues, any concerns I have addressed have been ignored.
