Pretty disappointed in the whole experience. It's a beautiful aquarium with some amazing fish and displays to look at. But the whole place is like walking through a maze of narrow hallways, with small viewing areas. There was really no where to sit and just watch the fish because you're constantly pressured to move forward by the crowd. Took about 2 hours to walk through the whole thing and it honestly was not worth the money since you're so rushed the whole time. WOW is way too dark. It made many of the exhibits difficult to visualize. We purchased a season pass before we went through and wish we could get our money back . We will not make this mistake again.
There was so much to look at, that my phone battery did not last.My five-year-old spend a whole lot :-) looking forward to going again soon. I wish there was a picture of the Narwal display in the museum I couldn’t find a postcard of it as my camera to not make it that far .
Very unorganized they need more signs so people know where to go and it would be nice to have on the sighns how much farther you have to go other than that the place was cool
for the price I was very disappointed...We are retired and took our grand kids..... the tank of fish was the same over and over again... wont pay that price and go again.....kids were not impressed either...
Great for people who can't go enjoy nature. Sad about the magestic eagle in the dark small enclosure. Feel bad for the bears too.
I was impressed with the diplays and fish tanks HOWEVER....I was very disheartened by the live bear and beaver exhibits. Both bears were clearly under stress and just pacing back and forth while staring straight forward. The beavers were also clearly upset. They were put out on display and all the did was fevorously scratch on the guillotine doors to get back indoors.
Beautiful, but difficult for a person with sensory sensitivities. There are several places where the lighting is difficult to maneuver stairs.
The aquarium side was absolutely wonderful. The Wildlife Museum was not. The entire place both sides were lacking information on what your looking at. All the live animals are on this side. They had a tablet here and there that had very limited information and a plackerd here and there. The Wildlife Museum appears to be nothing more than the largest collection of trophy animals ever killed and assembled in one place with almost no information on why these animals need saved and why we need to be good a steward to wildlife. ... read more
