Alex in the service dept is SUPERB. We were traveling from Texas and had a tire issue. Alex went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she solve our problem, she also told us about a few fabulous spots to visit while we were there. Best customer service award and best service award right there. You should be proud to have an employee like her. :)
I want to thank the service department of Woodmen Nissan for rescuing my wife and I at the end of a stressful day. We had just left my disabled mother in laws Colorado Springs home after hurried visit from Denver. We were on the highway heading back to Denver when my truck suddenly started loosing power. Every time I bring my car here the staff is very friendly and helpful. They get me checked in quickly, and call to keep me updated on progress and needs. My car is always ready when I come to pick it up.
I honestly couldn't say enough good things about my experience. I live about 3 hours away from the dealership in another state but it was so worth driving down to get this car. I saw the car online and sent a message to the dealership. Scott called me right back and was so helpful. He answered all my questions, got me a great deal and made the buying experience so easy and simple. I am extremely pleased with the car. The GM was very helpful and finance was a breeze! I would definitely buy from these guys again!
Very pleasant experience! The sales manager Jamie and salesperson Matt were wonderful. They tried to accommodate all requests we had about the vehicle. Matt volunteered to remove the ski rack from our trade in car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I always get great service. They do good work and keep updated on any service my car needs that I may not be aware of.
It's so nice to be able to get in quickly with no appointment. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and the facilities are very comfortable while waiting. Where else can you watch TV, have complimentary coffee or hot chocolate, and munch on popcorn while your car is being serviced?? I was almost disappointed when they came to tell me my car was ready. The frosting on the cake was a free car wash and a reasonable bill, all of which made for a pleasent experience. Both my car and I left Woodman Nissan smiling.
