The experience was great and the salesman was very informative and helpful. Overall everything went well. I would recommend Travis to any of my friends who were in the market for a car.
I purchased two vehicle on the same day. I was unable to get a loaner vehicle until I said I would take my vehicle else where to be serviced. All of a sudden they found a vehicle for me. I spent over $50,000 on two vehicles. You would think I would be taken care of better than what I was.
The customer service that I got with Scott Davis was fantastic! He was thorough, friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in no time. I'll be a regular customer for certain!
My visit was very pleasant. I was not able to accept all of the recommendations made but will be back to get those services completed.
Everyone was friendly. The service person kept coming out to let me know the progress on my car. When the car was done they even ran it theough the car wash! Thanks!
Amberlyn provided me with recall information during my visit for warranty check and asked if I would have time to do the recall after the warranty check. In fact the warranty service was completed well within the 2-3 hours allotted.
The business is perfessionaly run and even though the SUV was clean they still ran it through the washer, my kind of attention to detail.
The lady was really helpful so was the rest of the staff. I give it a dffinite five star rating,and very informative thank you!
Thanks. I appreciate the service and the price since I use the coupons you send both electronically and in the mail. I don't like when I'm asked to add service however because I'm on a small budget.
