Chris Hayes was friendly. His positive, helpful manner was very excellent. Service was excellent as always. I always take my car there for service and have never been disappointed by the great service they provide.
Two points. 1) I came in 27Feb17 for some oil filters (I buy 4 at a time), engine air cleaner and cabin filter. I was greeted by Harvey in parts (it had been about two years since I had come in) who asked how my Xterra was doing and remembered me, amazing! His customer service skills are over the top, he took a personal interest in me and my truck. I asked him some advice on servicing my vehicle, he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. From the time I bought my first Rogue from Mike Hawk in 2015 I've had nothing but excellent service. So much so that I couldn't refuse Jamie's offer to purchase my 2016 Rogue!!! Great overall service experience and my vehicles repairs were handled in the up most professional manner. I was also promptly notified my vehicle had recalls that needed performing which were taken care of promptly. Thanks for the awesome service.

Great experience with the whole process. I live in another city and I did all the negotiation with brad via text. Upon arrival my car was being detailed and I went straight to paperwork with Seth.
Took car in for brake job and was immediately helped by Service Tech, also arranged for ride back to my home. Service adviser (Chris) was very helpful and quick with paperwork.
They were very friendly and helpful. It did not take long and the service was great. The waiting area was clean and they offered free wifi.
Purchased BMW X5 vehicle at very competitive pricing. Check systems light comes on before leaving lot. Woodmen Nissan authorizes and pays local BMW dealership to diagnose and replace tank vent valve for $413.35. Additional, at Nissan's request, local BMW to sell me new side-view mirrors and front seat belts at wholesale pricing for significant savings.
