Can not say enough about how congenial and courteous Alex is. Also very knowledgeable. My Rogue was done in record time. I was on a time limit and she assured me she would.see to getting it done as soon as possible. Even took me early.
I rated them excellent because everything was explained thoroughly and my salesman was extremely funny and honest. This was our second vehicle that we purchased from this dealership for our daughter from the same salesman who remembered all of us by name. That was also impressive.
The service department was friendly, efficient and explained everything to me. Minimal wait time and they washed my car! They told me when my next check up would be and offered to schedule the appointment.
Reasonable wait time, friendly service, good work. I bought my car from Woodmen Nissan and have always taken it there for service. I trust their work.
The service department has been very easy to work with. If I have had a problem with the car they have been quick to take care of it.
I have been working with Scott for over 5 years. He is a great employee, very polite and respectful. If there are any issues with the vehicle outside of pressure arranged work he is quick to call and inform me of the situation. The rest of the service team are also very cooperative and friendly. They are quick to help and explain services offered.
They were able to get me in quickly. I dropped off my car early and was able to pick up my car earlier than planned. I found a smudge on the passenger door and Chris went out with me to look at it and he got it fixed right away.
Scott Palladay and Todd provided a superior Buying experience. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to work with us on so many levels was certainly appreciated, but not surprising. All of the staff at Woodmen (New, Used and Service) have always gone the extra mile for us.
