Absolutely fantastic! I have had my car serviced here five times now and I am more impressed each time. Scheduling your appointment is a piece of cake - they are very accommodating and work with your availability. Service is fast and efficient with updates every so often so that you know where they are with time and progress. Folks at the counter are super easy to talk to and have no problem sitting down with you to go over what has been done and what needs to be done to your car. I dropped my vehicle off expecting them to have it for a few hours. They were done in about 30 minutes. They were able to provide a good detailed list of the inspection they performed so I could make decision about additional work.

Greeted right away and everyone was friendly and so professional. I was offered a water right away in a very clean service center. Well done Woodman Nissan.

Everything was completed as promised and Alex kept me up to date regarding the progress of the work. Greg (the shuttle driver) was great! And I was given a loaner car when the service went longer than expected.

I was greeted immediately, the car was ready sooner than promised, the paperwork was completed before the car was. There was no "wasted" time on this visit.

Amberly Campbell, the service advisor, was professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the entire process including telling me how long it would take to complete the service. My vehicle was ready sooner than I expected and was as clean and shiny as the day I purchased it. In the decade- plus that I've been bring vehicles to Woodman Nissan, the entire service department has always been excellent.

Everyone was great. Not pushy at all. Did everything in their power to accommodate us, very patience and gave us all the information we needed to make a great decision. Would definitely recommend them.
