When I pulled up there were several cops in the parking lot. Not a good sign. Some psycho tweaker was in the room above me bouncing golf balls and rolling them around the uncarpeted floor while simultaneously stomping all around and apparently moving the bedding and furniture. I called the front desk. They did nothing. Don’t go. They suck

The price is very good, like saying goes “ you get for what you paid for.” The staff is very rude. The doors have holes on them, the bedding is dirty. The restroom, I only used it because I had too. This is the second time we stay here and I believe thai second time around was our last.

Staying at WoodSpring was quite frustrating. They took money from my card and claimed I used the Wi-Fi, but I only selected the free option. The person at the front desk was very rude and didn’t provide any email with a detailed invoice. They mentioned a full kitchen, but there were no kitchen utensils, no water bottles, and no access to purified water.

This place felt like being in section8 government own apartments. I made a huge mistake by not reading reviews and boy did I pay the consequences. People live there! It’s dirty, loud, and not to mention they didn’t even have an Iron in the room or Ice machine.
