The door to the restroom was missing two hinges making it nearly impossible to open it. Floors were dusty, and the room was right next to what seemed to be a break room for staff as the smell of popcorn was very intense throughout the evening

I stayed for 14days (nonrefundable). There is NO housekeeping until checkout. You have to bring your dirty towels and sheets to lobby to get clean ones. There is a stove but they do not provide cookware or dishes of any kind. If you are on a BUDGET and your state is short (-3days) you should be fine. I do not recommend and will not stay again.

Hallway On third floor stunk of dog urine and spray tiring to cover it up so bad it gagged me.Front desk was snotty Big dogs in the next room would bark every 20 min. Loud music in the room next to me. Close to train track so you could hear the train. No carpet in the rooms so the room above you could hear every step or chair being moved I will say the room itself was clean but you wont get any sleep.Spent three nights and will not stay again. Its a dog kennel

I walked downstairs 5 times stating the key wasn’t working front staff gave me a new key on the 3 trip key still didn’t work was locked out of the room from 7-8:10 due to front staff being on lunch from 7-7:30 then the 5 trips up and down the elevator when finally maintenance was called. Maintenance then comes up stairs as we are sitting in the hallway on the floor. i will not be staying here again. extremely unsafe and houses lots of local drug addicts.
