First visit went ok to the new Wyatt Ford on Thompson Lane. I would just simply like service to actually listen and look at me when talking. Sometimes eye contact goes a long way. And let the customer finish talking before you interject your words or thoughts. We pay a whole lot for our cars and we appreciate (even if it's fake) that you love our cars as much as we do. We've previously bought 2 cars from the dealership when it was Crown. Unfortunately my daughter's Focus was hit and totalled! Monday we went in just to look ended up purchasing her another Focus. Our salesman Roddy Richardson was amazing! Very informative and kept us within our budget....and he is a Newbie!! Finance team worked wonders!! Glad the dealership still has that family feel!
