Michael Pugh was our sales representative. Michael Pugh was our sales representative. He was great to work with meet all our expectations. And ordered the exact Subaru outback limited xt that we wanted. Very knowledgeable of the product line. Always returned my calls even on his day off. You will be very happy with Michael as your sales representative.

I was there (I had an appointment for 12) for over 2 I was there (I had an appointment for 12) for over 2 hours asking for a once-over before a long trip. I explained that CarPlay wasn't working and I needed it for the 700 mile trip. They did NOT fix it, nor inform me how to move forward to have it fixed. I am very disappointed.

Bought a 65 thousand dollar truck that come to find out Bought a 65 thousand dollar truck that come to find out had bad tires. Sales manager offered to replace them for free. The tires that were delivered and installed were not comparable to the original tires like I was told. The tires that were installed were 'GOOD RIDE' brand tires that drive horrible. Everything was up front until time for payment. Everything was up front until time for payment. I always use my credit card. When I pulled it out to use i was advised there would be a 2% fee if used. I was stunned that a dealership as big as Wyatt and Johnson passes this on to their customers. Worse, there was no warning this would happen.

Was great Emma sent a tax be 484 plus tax the. Was great Emma sent a tax be 484 plus tax the. When got there Matt was trying to charge me almost 700, I had no communication after I agreed to service at the 484 plus tax. Matt did bring it down but was still around 100 more dollars then what was agreed

Appt was at 11:00 to put on valve stem on my new tires. Appt was at 11:00 to put on valve stem on my new tires. 2nd time for bringing it in on tires.They only fixed one stem the first time then about another month later another tire started loosing pressure, so they decided to do the other 3.
