She was very unprofessional, they lied to my face, and She was very unprofessional, they lied to my face, and made the entire experience unnecessarily complicated. I ended up getting rid of my Subaru so I no longer have to deal with them.

Over charges on service and charges for services that is Over charges on service and charges for services that is not needed. $ 200 for break fluid change. Over $ 8000 they said on repairs needed. Said many things such as I needed front breaks . I just changed the front breaks .I,m still in shock over it . Spoke with Emma and I tried to explain that this was wrong and she got an attitude and was rude and was going to hold my car hostage unless I paid $750. We ordered splash guards and scheduled for them to be We ordered splash guards and scheduled for them to be installed and they weren't there the day of the appointment, no call was made alerting us as we live over an hour away

Car wash turned off again, took apart glove box for cabin Car wash turned off again, took apart glove box for cabin filter, and left it on the floor of my car. Filled tires to above limit.

Most everytime I have been in, they have neglected Most everytime I have been in, they have neglected something. Once they didn’t rotate the tires. Another the oil change counter not reset. Multiple times the steering wheel is greasy. This last time they Didn’t rest the clock and the windows didn’t roll up/down.

They charged for the diagnostic fee even though I paid They charged for the diagnostic fee even though I paid $3000 for the service. They did remove it after I complained but how many people are they doing this to that don’t say anything?

I was scheduled for a 215 appointment and then when I I was scheduled for a 215 appointment and then when I picked up my car it was not washed or anything. When I asked about it I was told it was because they closed at 3. There is no excuse for any parts of my experience to be left out because of the appointment time. If you are not able to accommodate full service…. Do not schedule the appointment

Paid for 3 oil changes. Paid for 3 oil changes...this was #2. Spent 5 minutes trying to sell me fuel and oil additives for like $70 that are worth maybe $5. No interest in that...will go back for my last oil change I paid for and probably not returen.

It’s okay but when you schedule a service they can’t tell It’s okay but when you schedule a service they can’t tell you how long it will take and say someone will call you back but they don’t
