Bad experience. Bad experience. They added extra warranty without informing us. They sent paperwork to sign again for the contract (because for some reason the original electronic signature was not allowed) and was not the same numbers as on the original contract & had made the price of the car more and tried to get us to sign something that was different from original contract. Tried but couldn’t seem to call me with info. Tried but couldn’t seem to call me with info. On my car while being serviced. Also when they, Emma, presented my car to me it had a grease stain on the driver seat. I left the car and Mathew corrected it for me. Not good service overall. Might need more employees on weekends.

I brought my car for rear brake pads replacement because I brought my car for rear brake pads replacement because I had a $100 coupon from Subaru. When i received the bill, my $100 turned out to be $61. This should have been disclosed prior to the service. The fine print, is a deceiving technique of charging more money. Learn my lesson to check other mechanic shops.
