My battery tie-down was removed for some reason, and not My battery tie-down was removed for some reason, and not properly tightened back down so when my wife with child made a left turn, the metal tie down strap would slide along the battery, connect with the positive post and short the vehicle's electronics. Changing lanes at speed was treacherous. My coolant reservoir was empty as well. No visible leaks at hose junction or radiator.

Service advisor was amazing. Service advisor was amazing. Everyone in the show room was super nice. Mt drain plug was NOT tightened after service so I ended up with it leaking oil with no tools yo get it done. Never coming back for service
