4. After getting home and reading the paperwork, there was a question about tire wear. We purchased a lifetime alignment, so why didn't they do an alignment?
Service was prompt and precise, staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free wi-fi and the complimentary concessions.
My car is shaking after having the tires rotated and the oil changed. I'm having to bring it back to see what happened. It didn't shake before I took it to be serviced. They also scheduled too many people at 4:15 on a Friday to be served efficiently when they close at 5 o'clock now I'm wondering if it was a rush job.
I always get great customer service here. I get all my Toyota needs right here at the dealership.
Good service just trying to sell you a lot of extra services. Not happy that they sold me a car that had used brakes
