Since my oil change, my HVAC/heater has been vibrating all the way through to the accelerator and break pedal. I'm not sure what happened to my car, it may need to be inspected to see what has caused such vibration
The dealership upgraded their payment system, and the new system no longer supports my Toyota credit card. This was extremely frustrating and I was forced to pay with another payment method. If I cannot use my Toyota credit card at Toyota, why should I even have this card? I contacted the card issuer and they stated the dealership needed to contact them to become a merchant. Isn't that something the dealership should already know?
So I went to get a simple headlight fixing an oil changed. I bought the car back in May of 25 and they told me that they couldn’t do the headlight because the vehicle hood been in a minor accident that was not disclosed to me when I bought the car. The accident happened on October of 23
I came in for a 30,000 mile service and walked out with a $854.00 bill and my truck was only in the service bay for less than .30 minutes not enough time to do an oil change and rotate the tires. I got ripped off a d want to talk to the owner prior to going to the media with my complaint. Please set me up with an appointment.
They picked our trade-in to death and pretty much said it was ready for the junkyard, but when we got home with the car we traded for it had a rock chip in the windshield! It was raining that day and we didn’t see it until later so, they got us on that one. Our old car might have been 13 years old but the windshield wasn’t cracked. P.S. We never seen the Brian guy you are asking about below.
Took almost 2 hours to get an alignment with an appointment. Very displeased Very displeased
You swapped out spark plugs when they were already brand new, making a recommendation based solely on miles and not getting a mechanics second opinion. It’d be one thing if you recommended and then the mechanic was like oh these are brand new they don’t need this but instead you just changed it taking advantage of my wife.
My wife waiting over a hour for a tire rotation. Was promised a car was for the second time that didn't happen
Took my car for servicing. Asked for a ride home. After an hour I checked status and was told driver had gone to lunch. At that time the service provider told me my car would be ready in 15-20 minutes. An hour later my car was finally ready. I have done business with Wyatt Johnson for over 10 years and this was the only negative experience. I will be a loyal customer.
