Went for an oil change and tire rotation and was there for 2 hours. Wait times for simple services are ridiculous.
It took over a week to figure out that the tool required diagnose was just a few yards away in the back lot. After diagnostic complete the answer was there’s nothing that can be done come get your vehicle off the lot. I was told the vehicle wouldn’t start and it had to be pushed into a parking spot. So how is it I walk up and start it with the key fob and drove it to another garage?
Started with the ford dealership in Nashville and they stopped responding. Contacted Clarksville dealership and they were slow to get the deal done , because I had my own financing. I will not buy another vehicle from wyatt johnson
I drove off the parking lot and never made it home and lost that $3000.
Service took way longer than at other dealerships, even though I had an appointment. No complimentary car wash offered, though other dealerships offer it. Waiting area was nice, but I wasn't impressed with the service side.

They over charged me for an air filter, one that I could got from any auto part store for 20 dollars they charged 50 dollars for
Bumpy initial experience with wasted appointment where car was not present and lack of professionalism from associates. Worked with Cory who was always professional and very pleasant for actual sale. Finance lied multiple times and tried to act like they were doing us a favor when in fact they were jerking us around with the interest rate and either lying to Cory or telling him to lie to us. Very nearly walked at that point. If there was another convenient dealer in the area with this vehicle, I would have.
No communication No communication between myself and the sales advisor. The whole experience ended up working out. Waiting for my vehicle was the most frustrating part.
