Came in to get my front brakes replaced and rotors re surfaced. Felt vibration shortly after service. Brought the truck in to inspect truck and being charged to inspect work that was done that makes no sense. And being told that I now have to replace rotors after the technician cut them wrong
Not truthful,,told me I needed stuff that I didn't need! ! Million $ company with computer problems to escape the deception
There is no reason to have someone set an appointment when it takes over an hour to even start looking at the vehicle
The process was not smooth. The salesperson had to continuously go to the manager for answers. We were waiting longer than need be because she did not tell finance we were ready.
Sales people are enthusiastic about getting you in a new Toyota and then relentless at asking you to trade it in for an upgrade, almost as soon as you drive off the lot. Service reps may or may not be able to answer your questions. This dealership is happy to sell you extended warranties and service plans, and then not honor them. When questioned, they will deflect responsibility from one department to another. Dropped my car off and was never contacted about the vehicle being done then got a call from impound saying they have the car worst service experience ever
Employees all went to lunch at same time per manager instead of staggering lunch break. My truck was ready for two hours and I had to wait on everyone to return. They apologized
Abysmal communication, and unreliable vehicles but a friendly staff that has been helpful with solving my vehicle problems
