I received a fair trade-in price which was in line with the trade-in values I had looked up in 2 different sources. The total price that the dealership gave me on the Rav4 I purchased was also fair. My salesperson was Jacob Corlew and he was very courteous and did not pressure me into buying. Jacob was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions.
Came in with recurring tire air pressure light coming on over a period of 4 weeks. Air pressure was checked on each time light came on. Air added to all tires once, one particular tire twice. Wanted tires checked for leaks. Turned out 1 tire had a nail in it. Tire was under warranty and replaced.
He was knowledgeable and professional about the whole experience! I pray he continues his come up and he goes through it all!
Friendly, prompt, professional, great experience, never felt this good after service appointment before. Look forward to second experience.
