the service experience is not as personal as it used to be and the oil change cost considerably more than i remember paying before. I come there because the waiting area does not smell of oil but it is staring to not feel special anymore.

They’re friendly but I was told an oil change (with appointment) would be an hour to an hour and a half and it took 3 hours. A little ridiculous.
