I came in with no appointment and wanted to do an overnight drop off to pick up next day. Devin checked me in. Devin was great! So was the technician who did my MPI video! Overall great drop off experience.
Always well taken care of by Carly. She’s very communicable and knowledgeable. Keeps me updated to when my vehicle will be completed. Gives rec and is transparent with pricing.
A little longer wait than I would've preferred for an oil change, but it was a hassle-free.

Each (2) service appointments I've had I was greeted in friendly manner. Asked to participate in vehicle walk around , explained service, asked if any questions, shown the waiting room. After service completed a thorough review was performed of vehicle standing.
Our experience with this dealer was decent. As a first time car buyer, I feel our sales representative could have been much more informative. He did not have answers to many of my questions and did not present features of the car to us. We ended up buying, but could have been a more smooth experience.
