Great dealership, customer service is outstanding they answer all questions, and offer any other maintenance that maybe needed in the future
Friendly dealership, have had no issues with the service department in the past till this past appointment. Noticed my truck out front where they park them when service is complete but I never received an email or text to let me know so I went to the desk to find out. A young lady helped me and completed the paperwork so that I could leave. It’s the only time that I have had a issue with the service department
I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change, oil filter and tire rotation for 49.95. Those things were done as well as a safety recall repair. The final cost was 83.17. I have a problem with that!
My issue was resolved and Mike was professional and attentive. My appreciation to him and Toyota.
