Amanda was kind and friendly. The app that shows the progress of the work is horrible! It showed that it was being evaluated or something like that eventhough it was being serviced. It never changed until the work was completed. Servicing should be displayed. We actually saw the vehicle being parked, the app still showed evaluated or something like that. The app should say being worked on. It should not just show evaluated and completed.
