Ever since Pacifica has taken over the staffing quality has gone down. My Mother has resided at Wyndham since 2015. When she arrived everyone was really caring. I recommend that the Director of Nursing train the staff in working with the elderly. A lot of the CNA's are very helpful but some could care less about the resident's. Working with the elderly is challenging but if you take the job remember these people were once independent, vibrant Citizens. They should be treated with respect.

Wyndham lakes is great for people who can walk on their own, dress on their own, use the bathroom on their own, etc. If they need help for anything other than something small, it is not the place. My Dad did not get help with showering, cleaning his teeth, etc He was blind, in a total strange place and he was alone in his room any time I came to visit which was most of the time.. He missed several meals because no one came to take him to the dining room. No one even took him over to the entertainment when it was there. It ... read more

Very small apartments only. Not interested. However, am now waiting to hear from someone there, as info I just received from this facility refers to cottages, with garages; but floor plans do not show cottages??

The facility has been refurbished, but still has a "tired" look about it. We don't like that the residents have to go "outside" (under a covered walkway) for meals and other activities. During rainy and stormy weather, this would be a real deterrent. We will not be considering this place.

If you have a problem with the staff or the administration of medications by the staff no one will return your calls after you make the first call, including the Executive Director (the one that is over the whole place).

No interest the apartments do not have kitchens. More like pure assisted/skilled nursing home.

Right move – I am at a wait and see – with all that’s going on at the moment with the renovation and transition and not knowing one minute to the next.

My mother slipped and fell after a new flooring was put down. She broke her pelvis and died .. I got no sympathy from any of the staff.rip mom

All is well for my mother with her move to this community for the time being. However she is in independent living, and sometimes needs more care than they are able to provide in the part of the community. They really nickel and dime you when it comes to getting extra care for your love one. The breakfast, and lunch are good, but their dinner services needs improvements. There are 100 guests, and only 2 servers at night. The residents would up to 45 minutes for their meals. It is still a work in progress for us in this commu... read more
