Be prepared to be charged 207 dollars per visit without your deductible meet. They charged my insurance and my supplement outrages amounts then lied about it. Good luck getting anyone to answer their phone esp since the billing service is in Massachusetts. I will never go to them again!

worse place available. you have better luck going to the er around here. they have someone sitting at the front desk for show while they make you scan and do your own check in. I recommend other places this place needs to go away
Made an appointment for my daughter, showed up for appointment early. People that came in AFTER us were being called back. Went to the window to inquire and the lady said “we are going by who came to the window first.” We’ve been here over 2 hours in the waiting room watching people who are just coming in being called back.
I had an appointment and finally left 2 hours later without being seen. I have used this office in Altus several times before and it was great. Not sure what has changed but I won’t go back unless I have all day. I looked at reviews and seems the last couple of months this is becoming a pattern.

If you like to waste your time & interact with incompetent "providers"- only to then get no results then this is your place! Bonus if you enjoy making an appointment to sit for 3 hours with not a single other car in the parking lot! 🎉

My experience was nothing short of horrible. Lights were shut off before leaving, my very sick baby wasn’t cared for and the check in process was awful.
My daughter took my 2 year old grandaughter here today for a horrible cough and vomiting. Brittany , said Dr or PA what ever she thinks she is was absolutely unprofessional and quick to make smart ass remarks to my daughter when she let them know after being there for over an hour and seeing other people walking out that had came in way after she had , that she was in a hit of a hurry , (doing this only after she had already received a text letting her know that the strep swab had came back negative as she sit in the patient... read more
My daughter was treated poorly here last week, you could tell my daughter was in pain etc but no tests besides covid and flu. Knowing she was in there crying do to the pain she was in, a simple urine test would’ve taken a second but nope they didn’t check her for nothing else and we ended up in the ER with a UTI that could’ve been take care of when she went to Urgent Care a couple days prior.
