Took my son there and was told to treat him with over the counter medicine. Found out the next day that he had pneumonia

Before I left, I asked the desk to allow my primary care doctor to request my records. They were requested twice but not released. Communication is very disappointing.

Don't waste your time with an appointment. They don't honor them. Wasted 4 hours of my time when I could have just went to the emergency room but went here instead because I had an "appointment". Very disrespectful to patients to give them a false sense of an appointment time.

The receptionist "Natasha" is an incredibly rude, unbearable woman who has the audacity to put her "getting off in time" above the needs of the patients who needed care. She is the older blond hair "woman" who was working between 5:30 and 6:00 on the date 12/15/2024. she was rude to my wife saying "people do not respecting my time" and told her she should just suffer all night and come back in the morning even though she has a bad case of strep and 100% needs anti biotics.. Went with sinus problems. They don’t listen to you!! Been running a fever for two days obvious infection, fluid on my ear and I told them what my treatment usually is(been dealing with these allergy problems for years). My regular doctor gives me a steroid shot and antibiotics and I’m better in a couple days. The doctor there said that since I declined the Covid and flu test that she couldn’t prescribe any meds. My mom was treated very poorly Thursday the 12th, by provider Ryan. Acted like my mom was seeking drugs. Nurse Rikki was great with her. If I could leave no stars I would!!
