If you have things to do today do NOT come to this location. I’m a patient person but I have been here 40 minutes and they haven’t talked not even called me even talk with the receptionist. I heard a lot of laughter and joking coming from the back. They are changing medical system records however I have been to Dr offices where they are changing systems and were a LOT faster than these people here! I’m not the type to do this as I always have something nice to say but this is ridiculous!

My neice only has me for transportation, I go to school, because of traffic we were a whole 1 minute late and they told her she will have to pay for her test again. I’m livid right now. Just avoid

went to get something out of my eye no insurance. they have gotten to where they do not care about care just money 275$ is what they wanted a visit used to be 75 w/o insurance told them I would have to let my eye fall out they didn't seem to care

Davida the LPN was super nice & professional. But Aurora Yontz, NP came into the room with a bit of a rude attitude from the very beginning. I took 3 of my kids. They all had the same symptoms; although she said they didn’t. 🤔 Then she proceeded to say they all had allergies bc Wichita is the allergy capital of the world. And I was just thinking, so all 5 of my kids (bc my other 2 also got sick!) got Wichita allergy symptoms at the same time?? Two of them have never had allergy symptoms before. Staff is awesome but however the Doctor lacks bedside manners. Doctor never looked at my ears or throat since I was there for sore throat and leg issues. Took some X-rays of leg in pain, told me it was arthritis. I read the paperwork after being discharged and I have a bone spur on top of the arthritis. And was told my sore throat was viral - how do you know if you never looked. No meds given for any of them. Highly disappointed.

everything went very smoothly at first with scheduling online to being called back promptly. but then I was sent to a restroom for a urine sample that had no toilet paper, no soap and no trashcan. obviously the nurse was aware because the trash was right outside the restroom. I was told it was all out because of drug screenings they had. then I was given one antibiotic, and they were waiting on my labs. I had to call them for results, seeing that my pharmacy had filled 2 more scripts but closed before I could get there. so 6... read more

I came in with upper respiratory illness. Pain all over not feeling well at all. In the waiting room there is just me and one other woman. No children and they have the tv on Nickelodeon blasting. It is angry birds and actually hurts my head how loud they have it. I asked if they can change the channel and I was told hippa laws say they have to have it on that channel!
