Everyone was really nice when I got there, but before leaving I changed my mind and wanted a doctor’s note and the lady I asked seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. When she finally got my note it was only excused for a day. The doctor before made it sound fine to make a note for 3-5 days just to prevent possible spread when I was in the room. I possibly have COVID because I have symptoms of the new strain, but I guess it’s fine if I go to work tomorrow and get all the older people at work sick 🤔

2 in a row I’ve come here and waited for over an hour way pass the appointment time. I’ve seen them take walk-ins before people who make appointments. Duncan office do not play with your appointment time. If you’re appointment is at 1330, they will see you at 1330. Regret coming to the Lawton office.

I’m not sure what the point of appointments are if you can’t be relatively close with them. My apt was 2 & they ask you to be 10 min early. I was but I wasn’t seen until 3:30. When my name was finally taken off the waitlist meaning I was next, they took 2 people in front of me. When I asked the ladies at the front desk what the deal was the one asked the other if she let them know I was here. She responded yes & then I was told they should be out to get me soon. Made an appt for 10:20 am still currently waiting in the waiting room over an hour and a half later. No communication from the receptionists. Rude intake nurse getting vitals. 10/10 would have been better at the ER.
Have tried to make an appointment here twice for 2 separate issues to avoid the emergency room. Both times they have refused to see me and said ‘they can’t do anything there’

This place is horrible over 2hr wait time and my son never seen the doctor. Only came in for a physical. It wasn’t busy and everyone was super rude. When I asked for my money back the lady at the front got an attitude. Then said all I have to do is click a button and said yall can leave. Then I said I wanted a receipt they made her even more angry. This place should be shut down for they don’t care about patients or people’s time. Will never go back
