I wouldn't ever recommend this place! I went there to get a refill of some medication for my ulcer, until I saw my new pcp, and they wouldn't refill it! like, what is the reason for your existence, if you aren't even gonna help people, that need help, until they can get in to see their own doctor! I'm in transition to a new pcp...but that apt isn't until May 1st! so I'll just sit here in pain, and hopefully the terrible inflammation it's causing, doesn't cause me to go into emergency surgery for a perforated bowel AGAIN! it'... read more

Staff is very friendly and Dr was very good to explain my prescriptions and care, but you shouldn’t have to wait an hour in the lobby and another 40 min in the room. There was only one other patient in the entire place. I have never had to wait this long at an urgent care before, especially if I made an online appt. Everything but the waiting was great. May not go back…..this has happened twice now.

The app was very easy to use. That is where the positive experience ends. While the staff was somewhat friendly, there was no transparency with cost or billing. I understand they might have been understaffed during my visit, but when I first checked in, the person did not even know what NSAID is. I was seen by a nurse practitioner. It was a consultation and tests at the bare minimum. Missed work for an appointment. Was told when I arrived in the afternoon that they didn’t have a provider as they were sick (understandable). They told me I could do virtual or be sent to Haysville. Virtual was not an option due to the reason I scheduled in person. Scheduled patients should have been notified so they could make other arrangements. Front desk was snarky about it.

When you know you have not been feeling good for days but because you don’t have a fever you feel like they are not taking you serious. Then you call later to tell them what you think it might have been and they don’t take you serious and make you feel like you’re strange. Terrible service-, my 5 yr old has had an ran a fever on and off since noon yesterday, after 24 hours of Tylenol only keeping down for few hours made the appt for today at 4pm, they had over 2 hours to verify insurance, I get there and there saying blue cross and blue shield isn’t active- It is, and now we’re being seen at Medfirst, I’m a mad mommy, yea I could’ve private paid but I shouldn’t have too

Went today to get drug test and the lady argued with me about having a male watch me take my drug test for employment. Didn’t need anyone to watch me. Then the girl giving the test told me to not get my belongings out of the lock box until she told me to. Had already signed and dated urine specimens. Very rude and unprofessional people!!! Need to be trained on how to be more patient with patients!!
