I paid Yavapai Landscaping $200,000 to put in my entire back yard! I paid $2500 for a cad plan to submit to my HOA for approval. The owner assured me that his staff would go to my HOA personally to get approval! He said they have done many houses on my street and they work well with the hOA and know their procedures! I found out a year after the back yard was installed that Yavapai never got an approval for my project !!! Cost for trimming a 10 foot hedge equals &350.00. This just plain crazy and would think the cost is driven up by the mass influx of out of staters

when they send you their info, notice that they will pay you for a five star review before your appointment and before they do any work. Not reputable when they have to pay for their reviews.

I contacted with the company to do landscape removal and irrigation system repairs and upgrades. Before they arrived my wife and I removed a significant amount of the landscape because they delayed in their arrival for weeks. When I requested an adjustment in the contract I got resistance and decided to accept their meager reduction just to get past it. This business is dishonest in its pricing. Ask up front if they are charging you by the hour or charging you by the job. Trust me. This is critical information to ask up front. They charged me $1,500 for a job required that less than 30 minutes. They claimed the $1,500 was an estimate in worse case scenario. When it required less than 30 minutes to repair minor damage, I was charged $1,500. Going through appeals.

I'd filled out a form on Yelp to get their help and then had a vivid memory of this same outfit that came out before to bid on a paving project and whose bid was sky high, so I'd said, no thanks, then and ended up having them call repeatedly. So--really--no thanks! THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW: I watched one of their vehicles this morning, plow through a 25 mile an hour roadwork zone doing at least 40 if not 45 miles an hour all the way through it. This is on Pioneer Parkway in Prescott, and by the time I got through it they were well well well well well gone. If this is how they disrespect road workers and road work areas then do you think they've got any respect for anything on your property, think about it!
