Beware! The owner of this small business does not stand behind their work. The retaining wall they built for us is crumbling In less than a year. The owner looked at the wall and said, "nothing lasts forever." He also explained all the things that are wrong with the wall and how it should have been done. Do your research prior to hiring this company. I was charged for xtra work and materials at the end of the job which were never approved by me. I was told if I didn't pay this additional money, they would remove the materials from my yard and my warranty was no longer valid. In addition, I was left with leaking irrigation valves, faulty electrical wiring, and breakers installed which were not code approved.

I cannot comment on the quality of their work. Their prices were more than double other quotes I received..Sone of the line items were 3 to 4 times as expensive as my other quotes. Way past my acceptable price ranges..

Now Ted, as with all the folks that came by I gave a complete plot plan and a drawing of what I wanted and a list of things I desired in my yard along with contact information. If you were missing something why didn't you call or follow up? Don't tell stories Ted, customers will see right thru it. You were here months ago. If your office staff is new why didn't you follow up with them and find my request and correct the absurd misspelling of my name? It's one thing to make a mistake with a customer or misplace information... read more

We bought a side X side from Yavapai Landscaping and they hid the fact that the side X side is a salvage vehicle. This is how dishonest this company is. I would not trust them for anything if this is how they do business.
