I had my monthly yard maintenance service today and I'm very highly satisfied with the work performed. Albert, the crew chief, walked the property with me and made suggestions on things he thought were needed, plus I had the opportunity to let him know some specific things that I wanted taken care of. At the end of the job he made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction, plus he had adjusted the sprinklers for the warmer weather. On Monday of this week, Lester and Bernie, Yavapai Landscaping's maintenance team stopped by to address a couple of issues that had arisen with our new landscaping. We thought we were losing a tree but, no, Lester quickly determined that it just wasn't getting enough water! Then they were on to straightening a young tree the wind was playing havoc with. I'm so impressed with the accuracy of Franciscos Teams' arrival. They quoted 7am arwork., and the truck pulled up at 7am. The gentlemen introduced themselves and got to work removing the stump from my yard. At 7:07 they had completed the removal. We initially hired Nathan Green and Yavapai Landscaping because we needed to mitigate backyard flooding that the previous owners had conveniently failed to tell us occurred during monsoon season. We had a Firewise cleanup done. Every aspect of the work, from scheduling through settling the account,was professional. The workers, Pedro and Angel, were very diligent. They responded willingly to every suggestion. The property never looked as good. I will hire them again.
Recently received excellent service from Lester and Bernie in regard to some repairs of my landscape irrigation plumbing. For the record, the issue stemmed from initial, improper installation.
