Thank you for all of the help to refinance our house to take advantage of lower interest rates and save money during this interesting time.
Our loan application was open for almost three months. We were set to close within a month but it was greatly delayed. We were constantly having to prompt communication even when there were delays and changes of dates. Because so many different people were involved in the process, communication was difficult and information was not consistent. Originally we weren’t going to refinance with them due to our prior experience with them but gave them a second chance and it was just as awful.
