SUPERB PROFESSIONAL CONCISE AND COURTEOUS VERY GOOD JOB
All involved were professional and curious.
Easy process, good people
The initial application process was great. There wasn’t much communication after the internal process began. I had to ask for revised documents multiple times. Our closer was 4 hours late at our house we signed docs at 10pm and we were scheduled for 6pm. Overall communication and promptness could have been a lot better.
Will Langhagen and Yester Gazdjian were both great! I received accurate information and prompt responses to my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. The whole process down to the closing was handled very smoothly.
Yester was always there to answer any questions and it was very easy to contact her.
The long periods of being on hold to talk to someone and then it be someone different every time and starting the begining steps all over and over
We had requested to not pay anything at closing, and were told that it would not be a problem. At closing, the very abrupt and moody lady who came to our house, very rudely said she needed me to make a copy of our ID's, not even asking if we had a way to make the copies! Then she said we needed to pay her $38.87. I told her what our specific request had been, and she said we would have to take it up with Penny Mac. I will likely not refinance in future...it's just too frustrating.
