Great service, and very efficient
Amazingly easy process.
Everything with our refinance went well.
Very attentive to our needs. Answered every question we asked
Confusing document requests. I was asked for answers to the same question multiple times. Didn't want to have to pay out of pocket at closing but had to anyway.
We gave the best ph. number and time to call to the first agent we spoke to. That information was either not given to Yester, or she didn't read the file information regarding that. Yester continued to call the least best ph. number which did not reach the applicant, and continued to call at times when the applicant was not available. The lack of personal service is another reason we won't recommend PennyMac. Yester's emails were just templates. We got the same template 3-4 week's in a row.

The process was so easy and fast. I was told it could take up to 45 days, I closed in like three weeks. Every loan officer I spoke to, Will Langhagen and Yester Gazdijan, were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable and worked to make this a positive experience. This experience exceeded my expectations. And the rate I received was amazing! This was a great process! Thanks so much for everything!
